At first I thought this was going to be a real problem, but the surface on the Caphalon pans is so well designed that they literally take seconds to clean. I know it may seem to be a chore to hand clean these, but think of all the room you will save in your dishwasher. In fact because of this you probably will end up actually saving time.
The best thing about these pans is how little oil it takes to cook in them. This not only helps to keep your diet low fat, but keeps your kitchen appliances clean as well. I have never been able to cook an egg as well as I can with my Caphalon pans. Eggs come out absolutely perfect every time.
If you still are convinced enough to even take a look at a Caphalon set, the last point is how relatively inexpensive they are. You can get a full set of ten pans for a couple hundred dollars.
